It will help participants (future facilitators) to understand how to start the session, what to focus on at the start, how to build good and quick ice-breakers, how to build a community of learning, how to move smoothly from an activity to another and how to build a robust link between the different activities and components of a session. It will also elaborate on how to ensure that learning continues beyond the session.
